Clarification about number of delegates
There are 85 delegates from Ohio (3 from each of 18 Congressional Districts = 54, plus 31 statewide At-Large delegates); and there are 85 alternates (one for each delegate position). We are planning to send educational packets to all 170 delegates *and* alternates.
About the Ohio Republican Delegate Education Project
We are going to educate the 170 McCain delegates from Ohio, who will be attending the Republican national convention (September 1 - 4) to elect the Republican presidential nominee.
The educational packets that we will be sending out are going to include a copy of Ron Paul's new book, "The Revolution: A Manifesto"; a pocket Constitution; a comparison of McCain's vs. Paul's voting records; and other useful information that will help these delegates to make the best possible choice at this convention. Please help us to promote freedom in our political system! Numerous other states have seen revolt against McCain as the Republican nominee; we are trying to spread this revolution to Ohio! |
